Nestled in the heart of the Creston Valley is
the 16 acre berry farm where it all began.

We purchased the Saskatoon farm with the intention of shipping the ripened berries back to Saskatchewan for resale.  After learning that the cost of doing that made it prohibitive we continued with a u-pick until one day when I thought, "Why can't we make
spirits, fruit based spirits"

After earning a Master's Distilling
certificate and of course countless hours of experimenting we have developed a wide range of fruit based spirits.  Any of the fruits not grown right on our farm are sourced within the Creston Valley.  Our products contain no grains and everything is naturally flavored, never using extracts.

We have also received a silver medal for
our gin and most recently a Best-in-Class for a very special moonshine we created.

We are proud to display a host of medals
won at the Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition over the past 4
years.  The bulk of our medals include three gold, two silver and one
Best-in-Class for our brandies.
